Here is our turbo rebuild kit for 2011 -2015 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke ball bearing turbo charger. This rebuild kit works with the first generation Ford 6.7 Powerstroke (2011-2015) ballbearing turbo charger. The 6.7 Powerstroke turbo charger changed design changed 2 additional times after 2015 to a journal bearing turbo charger.
Our rebuild kit includes:
5 vgt solenoid orings
1 bearing housing oring that seals the plate to the bearing housing
1 compressor housing oring
2 rear piston rings
1 front piston ring
1 crush copper washer
2 addition seals for bearing housing caps
1 bearing housing stainless steel gasket
This kit does not include a ball bearing cage. This kit does not fit 6.7 Powerstroke journal bearing turbochargers which were produced after 2015.
