Our 6767 6.7 Cummins turbo upgrade fits 2007 - 2018 Dodge Ram 6.7 Cummins engines as a direct fit install. The compressor wheel measures 67mm x 89mm x 95mm and the turbine measures 67mm x 70mm. The factory pickup trucks have a 60mm x 86mm compressor wheel and 60mm x 70mm turbine. The larger wheels move more air volume per psi in comparison to the factory size wheels. The great part of about our upgrade is that it is able to keep the factory exhaust brake and there is no cutting, fabrication, or modification of any parts to make it fit, because it’s a direct fit replacement.
Our Dodge Ram 6.7 Cummins turbo upgrade comes with an HE351VE vgt gear so that it fits both 2007 - 2012 HE351VE and 2013 - 2018 HE300VG actuators. We do not include actuators with the turbo purchase we have always recommended AVI for buying remanufactured actuators. 2007 - 2012 HE351VE and 2013 - 2018 HE300VG actuators are different so if you are buying a new actuator be sure to order the correct one.
Our compressor housings have 6061 aluminum inlets that are much more durable in comparison to machining the factory compressor housing because the factory compressor housing inlet gets thin from machining and cracks over time. Our turbos are precision balanced, are clean, and ready to install before being sent to your door.
